Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service
  • Serve customers by providing product information and to resolve immediate product problems
  • Identify and assess customers' needs, provide appropriate solutions and alternative to handle complaints to satisfy each individual customer
  • Keep records of customer interactions, and make adjustments to customers’ account; build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Support product marketing activities including product launch, sales training, presentations, development of sales tools, and sales forecasting
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and goals
  • Work with customers to obtain optimal product placement
  • Communicate and work with other company departments (Order desk, A/R, Shipping etc) to meet customer needs
  • Observe and report in-store competitive product/promotional activities
  • Customer collections and urgent deliveries as needed
  • Other work assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior wholesale/foodservice sales experience
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Use of own vehicle and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Fluency in Mandarin
