Why is this role important?
Loblaw is seeking a dynamic and engaging customer-centric professional on a short term contract to play an important role in the HR Shared Services project roll out. The Project coordinator-Colleague support will be reporting to the Director, HR Shared Services, Colleague Experience and Analytics and is responsible for the monitoring, tracking as well as execution of the project initiatives. The individual will also provide colleague support where required.
What You’ll Do:
Promote adoption of the program changes by creating reports, identifying areas of concerns and following up with the required leads in the business
Communicate status of the roll out to key leaders in the project by creating dashboards
Perform administrative work to reach out to Leave of Absence colleagues. This can include ensuring colleague on leaves are communicated about the change. Support these colleagues with actioning the required changes in Workday on their behalf
Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries from colleagues with respect to the program change
Be able to follow the trouble shooting guide and triage accordingly in ServiceNow
Become a front-line representative for colleague questions or concerns through telephone, emails and/or self-serve
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and advise solutions by creating dashboards and any required communication
Manage multiple tasks while being responsible for your own workload in a team based environment
Play a key role in assisting colleagues with Workday support
Various other duties as required
What You’ll Need:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong customer service experience
Must have strong Strong Microsoft O365 and MS Office Suite knowledge (specifically Excel and Powerpoint)
Previous experience with Workday HRIS is an asset
Previous experience with ServiceNow case management platform is an asset
Bilingual in both French and English is an asset
Time of Operation: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Shift may be rotated on occasion as required
