sq. ft of office and warehouse facility, we can provide comprehensive services to clients range

from importing to financing services, renovation, and property development services. As an

urgent need for our fast-growing business, we are currently looking for experienced candidates

to join our warehouse sales team.

Job Description

The sales candidate will be responsible for supporting our field team in achieving sales targets and

goals. You will have direct contact with customers in fulfilling their product needs and building

strong relationships. This position will appeal to someone who thrives in a fast paced, proactive

sales environment.

Candidates having previous sales experience with construction material, or

connections with lumber industry are generally excel in this position. This position can also be

titled Territory Rep, Territory Manager, Regional Account Manager, or Sales Consultant subject

to experience.


- Meet or exceed sales goals

- Drive sales by developing relationships, identifying opportunities, educating customers

on plywood, responding promptly to RFQs, and promoting our products

- Travel to designated markets in Ontario to train customers on product attributes,

conduct joint sales calls, and build brand awareness

- Use solution-based or consultative-based sales methods to identify opportunities with


- Create territory/customer performance reports and develop a sales strategy for each


- Facilitate orders by coordinating communication between customers and our

warehouse team

- Develop and maintain customer base by seeking new customers who match the mill's

product mix goals.

- Understand and carry out invoicing procedures

- Initiate daily contact with appropriate personnel in the mill and ensure maximum

coordination and cooperation between the mill and sales

- React quickly to all product claims.


- Knowledge about markets (including market segmentation) and competition

- Independent work ethic and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Team-first mentality


- business-to-business Outside Sales: 4 years (Preferred)

Education and Knowledge Requirement

- College degree

- 4 years minimum of business-to-business outside sales experience

- Proven sales record in attaining new clients and cultivating existing clients

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, CRM software, and social media

- Availability to travel 50% of the time

- Sales or marketing experience with wood products or building materials
