We seek a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client's growing technology group. Our client offers a collegial and collaborative work environment where growth is supported and encouraged, and they have a competitive compensation program.

In this role, you will assist with:
managing and maintaining schedules and appointments;
proactively gathering, coordinating and/or preparing presentations, reports, and resources for meetings and events;
monitoring emails and drafting responses accordingly;
anticipating business and client service needs, demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking;
reminding lawyers of important tasks and deadlines and maintaining an efficient file management system;
preparing and drafting correspondence and documents;
drafting engagement letters;
booking travel, transport, accommodation et cetera;
assisting with marketing and promotional matters such as intranet pages, podcasts, blogs and Youtube;
processing monthly billing;
creating and managing event and conferences including client lists, invites and registrations;
general administrative duties as required.
As the ideal match for this role, you have 3+ years of prior experience working in a law firm or legal department. Experience working for a technology company, or technology law practice, is an asset. You are computer savvy, up-to-speed on current technologies and applications, client-service oriented, and have the ability to manage a high volume of tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
