As Senior Marketing Automation Program Manager with Finning International, you will focus on creating a customer obsessed and data-driven culture to drive global digital marketing innovation and business impact.
Utilizing your knowledge and technical skills you will manage the Marketing Technology strategy on a global scale, with a core emphasis on the management and delivery of the Marketing Automation strategy and roadmap.

Lead the evolution of the MAP strategy, planning, implementation and adoption, while growing the MAP practice and a global Centre of Excellence
Build, implement, test, optimize and scale strategic global Marketing Automation programs
Lead and manage the Marketing Automation Program in key areas of administration, global practice, change management, and delivery of global strategic programs
Manage Governance data, operational processes and policies, training, best practices, integrations, etc.
Partner with regional marketing organizations, product and leadership teams to lead strategic MAP programs globally
Measure and report on success and return on investment
Support all MarTech investments (marketing automation, social, personalization, etc.) and plans complement the organization's overall goals
Liaison within the global and regional marketing, business functions and vendors.
Translate the global digital marketing vision to a technology enablement and driver to deliver on Marketing and Business area goals
Support corporate, regional and global marketing managers with their programs
Management of external vendors and partners Collaborate with the business, marketing, operations and analytics to produce consolidated reporting
Generating quarterly reports on the global MAP and other MarTech investments
Provide direction to the enterprise specifying the marketing automation role as an enabler and driver for the organizations objectives, developing policies, and plans to achieve those objectives
Enabling global team in the design, implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of customer experience programs to pursuing growth opportunities
Be the change agent to drive awareness and adoption that puts experimentation, measurement and analysis at the center of every customer-driven initiative.
Act as a champion of digital enablement, delivery and innovation
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) to provide consultation and training support
Post-secondary education in project management or other general business degree
5 + years with marketing automation (MAP) product or solution (ex. Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Sales Force Pardot)
Familiarity with other leading MarTechs across DMPs, CDPs, Personalization, CMSs, Social media management, analytics and reporting, UX and CX, and more.
Demonstrate proven expertise across global enterprise strategy design, go-to-market (GTM) campaign planning, tactical campaign execution and leading the technical implementation and mechanics of MAP, including database architecture and CRM integration.
Experience with data bases and data objects, API’s, CRM’s or just pure raw data, build pivot tables quickly and are an excel super user
Proven expertise leading the technical implementation and mechanics of MAP, including database architecture and CRM integration
Familiar with AEM, and Adobe Analytics
Skilled collaborator, both internally with staff and externally with vendors
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
