The Microsoft Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is an important role in Compugen's sales model. The Microsoft ISR is part of a team of sales resources that is put in place to provide customers with the best possible service in the day to day dealings with Compugen. They will do this by ensuring that key accounts that are supported by this position, gain confidence in Compugen and assurance that the company can effectively meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
Function in an Inside Sales capacity providing ongoing support and administrative assistance to the sales team, including the Account Executive, software team and customers as related to Microsoft products and services
Manage relevant customer and internal Microsoft inquiries accurately and in a polite, professional, and expedient manner using the communication tools at your disposal
Liaise directly with the account in order to identify and resolve their needs for a given geography
Direct contact with the customer and ensure that the customer has a high level of confidence in our ability to satisfy their needs
Supply quotes to the customer in a timely, accurate and effective manner
Convert validated quotes to orders and ensure timely delivery
Ensure that orders are efficiently expedited through the system
Liaise with Administrative, Technical and Operations departments in order to provide smooth order flow and successful resolution of customer demands
Resolve any order-related problems using tenacity, persistence and a high level of diplomacy
Provide sales out reporting, as required
Attend training/information sessions and/or classes to keep abreast of technology changes, publisher/vendor product offerings, license programs and corporate programs

Qualifications:
Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive individuals who feel empowered to take ownership of their region and take whatever action is necessary to resolve account-related problems
A philosophy that customer service is important above all and an ability to resolve customer needs in innovative and effective manners is the key success factor of this role.
Good practical experience and understanding of Microsoft licensing, ideally with a minimum of two years' experience with programs such as
EA, Select Plus, MPSA, CSP and Campus
Ability to service customer accounts with quality, timeliness, and professionalism
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task
Be an effective and proactive team player, as well as be able to work autonomously
Experience working in a VAR or distribution channel experience would be beneficial
Software vendor certifications are an asset
Post-Secondary education would be an asset
