Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers of one of Canada’s Top Five Financial institutions with the goal of delivering a remarkable experience by offering new or enhanced services to their growing portfolio. Your will be required to meet or exceed client goals for order quality and sales performance by assigned program; while making the interaction memorable from start to finish. We are looking for candidates who have a keen interest in delivering exceptional performance standards, while being committed to customer first excellence.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of client experience in every customer interaction
Manage contact with existing customers to develop financial relationship through introducing new and existing financial products
Leverage sales tools to meet order quality standards and targets
Understand the customer’s needs and challenges and provide proper recommendations and solutions by leveraging product knowledge and problem solving skills.
Walk consumers through the benefits analysis, customized to their feedback
Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales and customer experience objectives
Use and adapt to constantly evolving technological and customer engagement tools
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Minimum six (6) months of sales experience
Strong sales skills, particularly in prospecting, cold calling and relationship development
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
Previous sales experience would be considered a strong asset
Previous Financial Services experience would be considered an asset
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Strong negotiation skills focused on delivering solutions and success outcomes
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications and use of CRM Applications
Demonstrated time management ability
Working knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills (min 25 wpm)
Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to get along with others
Professional and pleasant telephone manner
Must have flexibility and willingness to move between various shifts
