Job Description

Midas Gaitneau, Owned and operated by Gudbranson & Associates Inc, a well-established, modern, 6-bay, independent automotive repair and services shop, has a position available for a Bilingual Service Advisor. We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic person with a strong work ethic and the ability to think on one’s feet. Direct experience is an asset but is not mandatory. We will provide training to the successful candidate as necessary.

Our location on Boulevard Greber in Gaitneau is hiring at this time.

Direct Service experience is a define asset but is not mandatory. Candidates that have strong experience in automotive parts or the automotive service industry are encouraged to apply.

Our Service Managers are our CEOs – Customer Experience Officers – thus have the following responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relationships
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
  • Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions
  • Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customer's vehicles including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
