Gested Recruitment is the representative of LCI Education network that processes admission applications and promotes its various educational institutions such as LaSalle College, Inter-Dec College and the language center of Montreal (LAB).

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Status : Permanent, full time (39 hours/week)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8 :00-21 :00

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Greets and welcomes clients;
Ensures that the counter activities are properly and efficiently conducted;
Performs any other duties related to the position for the proper functioning of operational activities (e.g.: data entry);
Executes telephone satisfaction surveys;
Makes outbound calls to prospective students interested in enrolling in our college;
Acts as an information agent toward the clientele interested in training in one of our LCI Education network educational institutes;
Informs potential students by phone or by email about our programs based on their area of interest;
Writes and updates the information documents and the automatic responses used;
Performs data entry in our customer relationship management system (CRM):
Participates in information activities (Open houses, School visits, events, etc.):
Welcomes all clients that presents themselves to the admissions office (students, parents) and answers all their questions or guide them towards the right person:
Manages efficiently the waiting area: making sure that all clients are assigned to a counselor;
Please note that any other related duties may be required of you.

Requirements:
Minimal experience in customer services;
Fluent in French & English, both oral and written;
Knowledge of another language considered an asset: Portuguese, Mandarin, Spanish or Punjabi, etc.;
Good writing skills;
Interest in the educational field;
Flexibility in working hours;
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
