As part of a professional technical product marketing team, the incumbent provides administrative and client service support with the following tasks:
- Greeting customers and suppliers
- Order processing (credit verification, entry & follow up; maintaining & dispatching sample, etc...)
- Managing email requests and requirements
- Maintaining the showroom
- Following-up on new development requests and statuses and updating the customer files
- Maintaining customer contact info
- Assist customers
