Corteva Agriscience is currently seeking a National Programs Coordinator. This role is the coordinating focal point for the execution of specified program execution for Eastern & Western Crop Protection and Brevant Seeds in Canada.

Primary Responsibilities
Payment process lead
Responsible for documentation of payment processes in Canada, including RACI chart of how division of responsibilities is shared between the Third Party Program Fulfillment Vendor (AgData), Indianapolis Finance, and Program Managers
Collaborate with the Business Services Leader, Program Managers, Program Admins, and AgData to maintain an integrated execution plan for payments. This role would be the owner of the national payments calendar for all programs.
Lead focal point for payment supporting documents such as payment statements, payment letters, Cheque stock orders
Transactional data troubleshooting focal point for Corteva staff. As issues are identified with data submissions, missing data, matching of data, this role is the focal point to investigate and resolve transactional data gaps impacting payments.
Lead focal point within Business Services for the AgData Service Desk Portal
Receive hand off of Program Logic documents from the Program Managers. Collaborate for understanding, and translate those logic documents into executable program fulfillment plans for the following programs

East Retail
Competitives
Business Builders
Claims
Other programs if assigned
Collaborate with the Program Managers and Program Admins to build auditing tools used to audit AgData calculated programs, and to design the Excel calculators for Corteva calculated programs
Review and approve all payment vouchers for the specified programs.
Respond to internal and external requests on payment questions for the programs listed
Own and maintain the functional mailbox

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
Initiative and self-management are critical, including the ability to work simultaneously on various projects and able to meet project-related deadlines with vendors and internal audiences. Prioritization of workload and development of time management processes are essential.
Financial acumen is an asset
Experience in program design, calculation and fulfillment is an asset
Strong aptitude for learning new skills, in combination with strong logic and analytical skills is ideal. Attention to detail is essential. High level of skill with MS Office tools – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and to a degree – Access.
Knowledge of Canadian agriculture industry is an asset
This position reports to the Business Services Leader.
This position may be located either in the Calgary or Chatham Office
