Our Vancouver based client is actively looking to add an ambitious and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join their rapidly expanding online jewelry marketplace. This global company has grown to become of the leading online destinations for affordable and dazzling fine jewelry collections.
This is a multi-faceted opportunity, suited to a versatile, driven, self-starter who is a highly resourceful and effective marketer. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator, have a finger on the pulse of the latest digital marketing trends, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities. Working from their Vancouver Head office you'll be working with stakeholders in Vancouver, the Philippines and the Ukraine.
Drive Search Engine Marketing campaigns, specifically with Google Ads
Work on eCommerce B2C initiatives
Assist in paid channel testing and results analysis
Create, analyze and optimize multiple PPC campaigns to reach maximum ROAS
Work to improve tracking, reporting, and profitability of PPC / SEM efforts
Oversee landing page quality and refine SEM/PPC keyword lists.
Familiarization with Google Shopping and Local Inventory Ads
Stay current with industry trends, best practices and discusses potential impact with team
Maintain positive relationships with search engine partners, understand search engine services, capabilities and requirements
Plan, execute and evaluate digital inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
Provide regular reports outlining quantifiable results including traffic, CTR, conversion rate, marketing qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
Oversee A/B testing of creative or landing experiences and/or additional optimization techniques
Execute high quality Omni-channel marketing campaigns
Stay up to date on changes to the paid digital media space and recommend changes and updates to programs based on the ever-evolving paid search, programmatic display and retargeting landscape
Provide hands-on support to fill in additional gaps as needed and support other team members

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Related Industry Experience, with relevant Qualifications and/or Certifications
Two to three years related experience in a fast paced, eCommerce company with measurable success; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Online Retail experience preferred
Related Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications:
3+ years of experience in B2C search marketing and/or eCommerce
2+ years hands on experience in paid digital advertising (Google Ads, PPC, PLA, marketplaces, SEO, retargeting, mobile, etc.)
Strong analytics experience (ROI, ROAS, PPC)
Retail experience, lead generation, direct response experience are all pluses
Google Adwords Certification is a plus
Proven success in marketing program execution. Must be able to show examples of a previous program and discuss the strategic thinking, full process and results
Advantageous experience includes Omnichannel marketing, In & outbound marketing
Computer Skills / Special Equipment Knowledge:
Advanced level expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Microsoft Ads, Amazon PPC etc.
