As the Manager of Data & Analytics, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with the InputHealth team to deliver new data & analytics tools, processes, and systems to equip our teams to better serve our customers. These systems support the most critical part of our customers’ operations. Your goal will be to accelerate our team's ability to fulfill customers’ growing data & analytics needs with increasing efficiency, whilst not compromising our high quality standards.
You will work closely with both cross-functional internal teams to ensure that the solutions that you develop address the needs of our customers and are compatible with existing data structures & processes. You will be responsible for managing our data migration & analytics teams.
InputHealth is a fast-growing digital health technology startup.
Our flagship product, the Collaborative Health Record (CHR) is broadening the horizon of electronic medical record software for healthcare delivery organizations. The CHR is a suite of highly integrated tools - including virtual care, outcomes measurement, scheduling, billing, labs, referrals, document management, patient engagement, and more. It enables healthcare providers and administrators to manage virtually everything about their practice.

Lead the effort to design and implement improved data migration and analytics tools and processes at InputHealth
Work closely with Implementation team to ensure that customer data migration and analytics needs can be fulfilled on-time and on-budget
Manage data migration and analytics teams - this includes defining the roles of team members based on project requirements, managing their capacity, setting reasonable project timelines.
Set and manage client expectations related to data & analytics deliverables
Stay up-to-date on the latest data & analytics tools and technologies to evaluate which migration / analytics approaches to consider bringing to the InputHealth team
Work cross-functionally to design and experiment iteratively to identify solutions that are implementable and scalable
Contribute to sales efforts as our expert in data migration and analytics
Support other InputHealth departments as needed
Travel (likely no more than 30% of time) to work with a team that is distributed nationally
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field, or equivalent experience

5-10 years of database management experience with SQL Server Integration Services, Amazon AWS Database Solutions, RedShift, Aurora, Oracle, MySQL, Inormatica, or similar
5-10 years of analytics experience using products such as PowerBI, Tableau, Microsoft R, SAP Analytics, Google Analytics or similar
Proven ability to lead and manage teams
Experience working with EMR data preferred
5-10 years of project management experience
