PART-TIME: 3 to 4 days per week – Hours: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
LOCATION: Abbotsford, BC
DUTIES: Perform administrative support functions including data entry, customer service, answer phone calls, preparing documents & reports; maintain internal quality controls.
SKILLS: Highly proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office programs and office computer skills; willing to learn new programs; type 40+ words per minute.
KEY COMPETENCIES: Excellent interpersonal skills; strong time management skills; multi-tasking; attention to detail & accuracy; excellent verbal & written communication skills in English; reliable & organized.
