Key Responsibilities

Insight Mining

Mine traditional, digital and social resources to gain understanding and insight around client categories, brand, consumers and culture
Work in collaboration with social, digital analytics, clients and outside partners
Distill and present in simple and compelling summary pages, reports and presentations

Brand & Communication Strategy

Support brand strategy initiatives across a range of clients, including the identification and development of strategic concepts and frameworks
Build and socialize insight-fueled connection frameworks and creative briefs
Support the “build-out” of connection roadmaps and media/content calendars

Creative Champion

Work in collaboration with creatives, communication partners and clients to land and activate remarkable creative ideas
Deliver insight and support that can further elevate and enhance the idea
Champion the idea and the work with internal and external stakeholders

Characteristics of a Strategic Planner

1-2 years of experience as a strategist at a progressive, integrated agency
Champion of great ideas, great work and great relationships
Very strong written and oral communication skills
Critical thinker
Informed
Sound business judgement
Inquisitive by nature
Motivated by curiosity
