Using a wide range of modalities, we create and deliver sales-specific training courses. Defining competency needs and shaping training on everything from sales skills to job-specific tools and Dell products, we work with other functions to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right people.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers to a high standard sales skills and product training of varying complexity to a range of learner roles, tenures, and segments during in-person or virtual sessions.
Continually measures and reflects on training effectiveness, quality of content and delivery, and the learner experience. Designs and implements corrective improvement actions.
Contributes to the development of new and innovative approaches that improve the delivery, application, and retention of sales training.
Represents the company culture code, has a keen sense of business and sales acumen, and is perceived as a credible advisor by sales learners.
Leads and participates in cross-functional meetings to support and grow regional, segment, or global training needs.
Works with external providers on a regular basis to improve sales training curriculum, content, relevancy, and delivery

Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
