Our client is a major player in the battle against greenhouse gas emissions. They are looking for Sales Coordinator to work in the preparation of responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Working closely with the sales team and the other internal groups as required, the Sales Coordinator will draft proposals tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
In addition, the Sales Coordinator will be expected to support the Sales Team in sourcing leads for the pipeline and maintaining the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date. The Sales Coordinator will also support management reporting using the CRM.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft proposals to specific customer requests, including internal analysis required to support each proposal, in close collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Coordinate the review and approval of proposals by management
  • Support lead generation to help fill the pipeline for the Sales Team
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) – work with the CRM tools to support the internal Sales Team and management reporting
  • Develop and maintain standardized tools, templates and processes to support proposal activities
  • Participate in shows, keep schedules, provide feedback and respond to customer requests
  • Facilitate the Sales Team's activities as to maximize their performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering or sciences)
  • Fluent in written English, with strong writing skills
  • Effective oral/written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant roles
  • Ability to work both autonomously with minimum direction and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Must be able to obtain Canadian government security clearance
