As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities can include:
Driving conversations with customer's Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance. Salesforce.com (SFDC) architecture, Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, and Classes
Integrating with external applications using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)/Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies
Implementing system applications, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in the following CRM technological product suites - Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP
Communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate
Implementing technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations
Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs
Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of your comfort zone
Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their development
Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalisation, and how they impact the firm and our clients
Focus on building trusted relationships
Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Salesforce templates Communities, lookups and master detail relationships,
One or more Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Additional certifications, including but not limited to Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Architecture certifications are a bonus
Strong understanding of Salesforce security and the limitations of configurations and best practices in using code
Strong understanding of Lightning, APEX and Visualforce
Experience with complex deployments, troubleshooting complex problems with order of operations (triggers, workflow and process builder) and can articulate theory behind workflow and validation rules as data quality tools.
Experience, leading, coaching, guiding and assisting team members to become a high performing team.
Experience leading and working directly with external clients / end-users and stakeholders to collect business requirements, constructing user stories, and developing acceptance criteria.
Experience in estimating level of effort for activities and conducting project management activities (e.g, scope management)
Experience supporting business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in industry and preparing responses to requests for proposals is a bonus.
