Roles & Responsibilities

General office support for a small telecom engineering development team
Limited effort for
shipping products to support pre-sales
tracking receivables
Purchasing for engineering group from key equipment and material vendors
Coordinate with external supplier for material and project deliverables
Perform simple accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
Arrange & schedule meetings for Engineering team and for Senior staff

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree required in Business or Technology related area
2+ years’ experience working in an office setting

Desired Skills

Proven proficiency with MS Office; Excel, Word, Power Point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Customer-service oriented
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Individual in this role will have opportunities for increasing responsibilities in multiple areas
Computer or electronics education and ability take on technical tasks e.g. Data gathering/analysis, able to code Visual Basic macros in Excel, and possibly Hardware lab support; running operating test equipment with guidance etc.
Familiarity with MS Visio, Access Database
