Answering technical related incoming calls from customers
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Required to type 26 wpm
