Reporting to the Supervisor on the night shift, as the Process Technician - Painter, you will be involved in the preparation and the spray application of primer along with topcoat, and sealant on aircraft components machined on site. Please note that this is a steady night shift position (11pm to 7am).
Cleaning, masking, attaching fixtures and demasking
Booth and equipment maintenance
Participation in cross-functional training in related processes as required
Provide support to ongoing implementation of lean principles, along with workplace organization and TPM
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Grade 12 diploma
3+ yrs related experience in an industrial painting environment
Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 40 pds on a regular basis
Demonstrated eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
Previous crane operation experience is an asset
Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety practices and procedures
Successful candidates must meet all ITAR & CCGP requirements
