  • Fluent in english
  • Minimum 7 years office managing experience
  • Background in office management for construction business
  • Tech savvy
  • Extremely proficient with virtual project management software such as basecamp or an alternative (work zone, trello, proof hub, Asana, Scoro, Hive, Clickup, Flow, Freedcamp, FunctionFox, JIRA, Liquid planner)
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as google suite
  • Able to virtually schedule and track multiple construction crews
  • Order material
  • Invoice and prepare quotes for estimator
  • Experience with quickbooks and accounting
  • Excellent customer service
  • HR experience formulating employee contracts, hiring and recruiting, terminations, payroll
  • Social media experience with twitter, IG, Facebook
  • Plan work events
  • Email letters to architects and designers detailing what we offer
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Must have a vehicle

Please note that we are not looking for a receptionist, clerk, cashier or customer service rep. We are strictly looking for office management and administrative experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
