We are seeking enthusiastic insurance advisors to work fully remotely with a rapidly growing insurance agency in Eastern Canada. We offer salaried positions at a competitive rate and uncapped commissioned opportunities are also available. Full benefits are provided after 6 months.

We provide full training, administrative resources, qualified leads and an agency environment built on team support.

Responsibilities Include:

Inbound/Outbound Insurance Sales.

Replies to online, telephone and multiple media channel requests.

Providing excellent customer service for new and existing clients.

Achieving measurable daily performance standards (calls, conversions, sales premium, call quality).

Experience:

Licensed LLQP Designation (or willingness to obtain).

2+ Years of Sales Experience.

Experience selling over the phone and online.

2+ years in a customer service-related role.

Experience using a web-based customer service database.
