Position requirements

  • The ability to effectively communicate by telephone, e-mail and other related software
  • Monitor and coordinate alarm responses, one-man post call ins and liaise with Mobile Supervisors and Patrollers.
  • Prioritizes incoming calls and assists all field personnel related to shift scheduling.
  • Additionally, they: Record, update and obtain information accurately
  • Field employees to permanent and/or temporary assignments and coordinate operational shortfalls in scheduling due to book offs
  • Maintain a shift log of activities and record the call-in phone calls
  • Problems solve situations concerning no call-no-shows, double bookings, or other operational related concerns
  • Audit and maintain all aspect of employee demographics to ensure the employee is at the right assignment at the right time
  • Experience working in the field of security special events or a strong knowledge and understanding of the requirements
  • Intermediate-advanced computer skills
  • Ability to learn technical knowledge
  • Field experience of security guard duties is considered an asset
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
  • Self-motivated, able to function with minimum supervision in a multi-faceted, high stress environment
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate exceptional discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
