THE POSITION
The Outside Sales Representative / Territory Manager role you will be selling waterproofing and flooring membranes to Independent Lumber, Building Material Supply Centres, and Buying Groups. The is a newly created position. The position includes a $75,000 base salary, uncapped commissions, full benefits, perks, and the ability to earn over $110,000+ in the first year.

Our client manufactures a complete line of high-performance membranes used in dampproofing and waterproofing applications for concrete foundations. Our client is one of the largest suppliers of foundation wrap and drainage boards in North America, which is available in Large Big Box Stores across Canada.

THE LOCATION
The office located in Brampton, ON, Canada
The sales Territory is East to Bellville, West to London, North to Barrie, and South to Niagara.

Water Proofing Membranes and Flooring Membranes. The brand and product are well known.
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
As Outside Sales Representative / Territory Manager, you will be calling on and building the network of independent retailers in the Lumber, Building Materials, and Construction industries. Our client has a strong presence in the National Big Box Building Centers and is now looking to branch and out develop a strong network with the Independent Building Supply Centres and Buying Groups.

50% is account management/education/presentations/closing
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary $75,000
Uncapped commissions
First-year OTE $110,000+

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Min 3-5 years of Sales Experience
No Industry experience required, will teach.
Knowledge of waterproofing and flooring membranes an asset but not critical.
EDUCATION
Post Secondary Education and Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation is an asset.
