Building and leading a professional team, you’ll set the direction needed to grow our healthcare business. You’ll lead the strategic development, administration and execution of contracts with hospital customers and other emerging opportunities in Healthcare, anchored on the hospital strategic plan. While developing and fostering key hospital, third party and government stakeholder relationships is key in this role, you will also lead formulary processes and liaise with hospital account teams to develop relationship with key customers.
What you'll do...
Lead hospital operations contract strategy
Contributes analytics and insights to support development and execution of Hospital Strategy and Bid Strategy
Leads completion and implementation of contract negotiation and Request for Proposal for hospitals, third party vendors, healthcare institutions and the Quebec hospital rotation strategy.
Responsible for administration of contracts assuring compliance, contract deliverables, and meeting all contractual obligations while maintaining competitiveness.
Drive formulary processes to ensure timely filing, registration, approval, and/or maintenance of product registration in accordance with requirements and with business objectives.
Account Plan Management
Leads the development, implementation and monitoring of the Hospital Account Planning process
Demonstrated time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Self-motivated to accomplish goals and objectives in a proactive manner
Ability to communicate effectively (Verbal and writing) in French and English is required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while completing multiple tasks effectively
Demonstrated good judgment, innovation, and creativity in improving work processe
Demonstrates partnership and works in a collaborative, positive team environment and builds strong working relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally
Demonstrate agility in a rapid and constant changing environment
