Our client is a successful project/construction management company located in Vancouver. They are hiring for the position of an Administrative Receptionist to join their team.

This is a full time, temp-to-perm with the right candidate being able to start immediately.


  • College or university diploma
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Aptitude for figures
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work independently and as a team member
  • Initiative and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure


  • Phone answering and greeting clients
  • Mail and email processing
  • Office administration (order supplies, maintaining office equipment)
  • Filing and documenting
  • Assistance with projects and client events
  • General office support
  • Arranging couriers with UPS and FedEx
  • Booking board room meetings
