Reporting directly to the GSM/GM, the successful candidate will, hands-on, develop and lead a small sales team. Daily coaching so your team maintains the highest skill level with high closing rate. Further duties will include relief in the F&I, and lot control / vehicle display. We use the newest CRM tools in the industry to mine our database. This job is about selling to completely satisfied customers while meeting and exceeding sales volume and income goals. You will not be burdened with administrative duties such as marketing, inventory control, or other paperwork, but you will have the opportunity to learn and perfect these tasks. A solid training program is provided. Advancement is available.
