Responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • Clerical duties: opening files, filing, photocopying, distributing mail, mailouts, courier services, expense reports
  • Corresponding with clients via email including follow ups
  • Data entry in various proprietary software programs
  • Helping with excel-based data entry and analysis projects
  • Development, implementation and follow up of procedures regarding new clients

Qualifications:

  • English a must
  • Proficient in Excel is a must
  • Independent, self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Quick learner
  • Minimum 3 years experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
