Department Overview

The Financial Crime & Fraud Management Group (FC&FMG) is a department in the Corporate Office. Operating on a North American basis, FC&FMG together with business partners establishes and maintains a robust anti-fraud posture across the bank.

Job Description

The FC&FMG Analyst will assist the Senior Manager with various initiatives to deliver against the Senior Vice President's objectives. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the documentation of the current state FC&FMG tools and processes and contribute recommendations to improve the mitigation of fraud risk and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Example responsibilities include:
Reviewing and summarizing opportunities captured from frontline agents
Competitive analysis
Various research assignments to better inform FC&FMG leadership
Other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to impact and influence
Analytical thinker, capable of conducting compiling information and providing meaningful insights and recommendations
Curious mindset and a proactive approach to tasks and business problems
Strong verbal presentation skills and written communication skills, being able to provide clear, concise and relevant information for distribution
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
