Intent of the process
The immediate need is to staff one position on an indeterminate basis.

A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar temporary and/or permanent positions.

Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
Successful completion of secondary school education according to provincial/territorial standards.

Degree equivalency

  • Experience organizing and coordinating administrative arrangements and schedules for middle and/or senior management.
  • Experience compiling information and preparing various correspondence and reports for middle and/or senior management.
  • Experience in applying policies, procedures and guidelines applicable to finance and administration (i.e. hospitality, travel, security classifications, financial coding structure).
If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

  • Experience using a human resources information management system.
