Responsibilities:
You will use your positive can-do attitude, empathetic, and caring nature in addition to your top-notch customer service skills to positively resolve customers query.
Talk to customers via phone, or email to resolve any issues
Accurately document and update customer data
Remain calm and helpful when dealing with dissatisfied customers
Escalate customer complaints and/or calls to team lead as required
Provide feedback and recommendations to your team lead on more efficient ways to improve company performance

Who you are:
You are highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional Sales skills.
You are charismatic, a go-getter, and have experience in call center environments, telemarketing, outbound and inbound calling, or other phone-based experience.

Our commission structure, combined with an hourly base pay, puts you in charge of how much you earn.

What you bring to the table:
Strong telesales, customer service and writing skills
Must be an experienced "Closer" with strong follow up skills, being highly efficient and energetic
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong and productive relationships with clients, the executive team and staff
Self- starter, independent worker, organizational skills
Collaborative nature and ability to work within a team while maintaining accountability and responsibility for goals as an independent individual is critical
Strong PC skills
Ability to work well under pressure and execute in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
