We are looking for the right individual to join our growing professional real estate management team in Canmore as a Client Service Administrator, Condominium Div.

The Client Services Administrator has two primary responsibilities:

1. To assist the Client Services Managers with the daily operations

2. Administrative duties within the office

Administration

  • - Adhere to the company and employee policies and manual
  • - Maintain and update files and correspondence as needed
  • - Be aware of on-going maintenance work and issue work orders
  • - Attend Board of Directors meetings, including Annual General Meetings
  • - Review and distribute meeting minutes as necessary
  • - Prepare resident notices for various maintenance-related projects
  • - Prepare correspondence as necessary
  • - Assist in coordinating access to units for inspections
  • - Provide additional assistance in resolving day-to-day issues as required

Accounting

  • - Prepare Internal Check Requests (ICRs) for timely payment
  • -Monitor invoices and pair them with work orders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $40,000.00 per year

Education:

Experience:

  • Office: 1 year (preferred)
