BlueBlood Steakhouse is a high-end fine dining, steakhouse restaurant located in the west wing of the historic and one-of-a-kind Casa Loma.

We are looking for experienced individuals for various positions such as: Entremetier, Garde Manger, Grill Cook, Pastry Cook and Line Cook/ Oyster Shucker. If interested, please indicate the position you are applying for on your resume.


  • Minimum 4+ years of kitchen experience especially for the position you are applying for, fine dining is an asset
  • Culinary school is an asset
  • Must be punctual, with a clean uniform and have a positive attitude
  • Able to meet and maintain standards set by the Chef
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills including written and verbal
  • Able to multitask and pay attention to details
  • Able to prep and set own station daily on time for service following recipes and kitchen standards set by Chef
  • Ensure food quality and safety at all times
  • Accountability for own station
  • Monitor and minimize waste
  • Demonstrates sense of urgency in completing daily tasks and maintain composure under pressure
  • Must have professionalism and is a team player
  • Able to legally work in Canada
