The primary responsibility of the Power Generation Maintenance Sales Representative is to develop new business and build upon existing business in the power generation maintenance market.
Primary Sales focus on the following products:
-Planned Maintenance (PM) agreements
-Load bank testing
-Quoted repair work (fuel services and service time/material repairs)
Keys to success include:
-Focus on face to face selling
-Desire to build strong customer relationships
-Clear understanding of the sales process
-High school diploma or equivalent; College or Trade school preferred
-Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the emergency power generation -industry or a similar maintenance or electrical background.
-Basic knowledge of diesel and natural gas engine generators or related electrical knowledge would be considered an asset
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Clean drivers abstract (company vehicle provided for business use)
-Proficient with MS Office
