Main roles:

  • Office bookkeeping, payroll remittances, HST reports, payroll
  • Recording invoices in accounting system
  • Recording cheques and payments to suppliers
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, reordering supplies
  • Assembling copies of financial statements and tax returns for both corporate and personal taxes
  • Processing incoming mail and preparing mail deliveries
  • Greeting clients, answering telephone and general inquiries
  • Managing partner schedules, and arranging for meetings and travel
  • CRA correspondence and filings

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience in Word & Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Dedication and strong work ethics
