We are currently looking to expand our Teams of fabulous talent.

We are looking for individuals that are passionate about Food, Hospitality, and are Guest focused as well as being a strong and motivating team player.

Management Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant as directed by the manager and Franchise Owner
  • Must enjoy challenging themselves, their teams to exceed expectations. Must be self-motivated and able to motivate their teams by setting targets and reaching goals.
  • Ensure the store is operating to all Tim Hortons standards, and creating the Perfect Guest Experience every time.
  • Constant hiring and training to develop new leaders and ensure team growth.

Core Duties:

  • Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience.
  • Development of new team members.
  • Support and implement Employment Standards, Food safety Standard and Inventory Controls.
  • The successful candidate is expected to "Lead by Example" with professionalism and behaviours consistent with our TIM HORTONS CORE VALUES.


  • Previous Quick service restaurant Management experience
  • Must possess the "Hospitality Gene" (Ability to Create Connections, have a Passion for People and Service Excellence)

  • Inspirational/Motivational
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast paced environment.
