The successful candidate will be passionate and highly skilled in developing training programs and designing and facilitating training for leaders and employees. This role will be responsible for delivering leading edge, industry best practices and programs that are well received by BlackBerry employees, people leaders and the Senior Leadership Team.

Specific Accountabilities :
Research and benchmark industry best practices on domain areas such as Performance Management, Orientation and Onboarding, Employee and Leadership Development, Mentorship, Goal Setting and leading-edge training curriculum/programs
Drive HR Training programs including: stakeholder feedback, design and planning, training content creation, communications, employee/leader training, needs analysis and training analytics and reporting
Act as the HR Corporate Training Partner, supporting HRBPs as the subject matter expert
Deliver corporate training, new hire orientation and develop curriculum for employees and leaders

Qualification Requirements for Successful Candidate:
College Diploma or University degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business or a related discipline
Passion for training and betterment of leadership and individual contributors’ professional and technical skills
Experience facilitating training to small and large groups, from students to senior leaders
Excellent presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills
Quality and detail oriented
Strong project management skills
Experienced at building strong partnerships with teams and leadership at all levels

Additional Assets :
HR designation preferred, but not required
Experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role
Certified in several of Achieve Global, Miller Heiman, MBTI, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, DISC, StrengthsFinder
