We are seeking a technically knowledgeable and analytical service-oriented individual to join our small, passionate and accomplished team of electronics sales and account management professionals within a large, fast-paced and growing company. You will be the bridge between sales and production readiness with primary responsibility for networking appliances and IoT New Product Introduction (NPI) for our Toronto and Taiwan production facilities.


- Gather customer requirements from engineering teams, track and share details with Taiwan-based program management team, and customers

- Relay customer purchase orders from the sales team to production facilities

- Be the point of contact for a diverse range of customers, ensuring communications, project and production schedules are accurate

- Liaise with product management in Taiwan to coordinate OEM/ODM programs

- Track and record ECNs/DCNs, maintain and update checklists with BOM changes for each product and variation

- Achieve project timelines and cost savings initiatives

- Gather and maintain records of OEM/ODM product deliverable part numbers

- Work with sales and operations to coordinate lists of STD/ODM/OEM products

- Maintain DQE test reports, compliance reports, manuals and datasheets


- 3+ years in program/project management with customer facing responsibilities

- University Degree in Engineering, Business or related field

- PMP Certification achieved, or in progress is an asset

- Experience with system integration, deploying computing hardware and software

- Basic knowledge in Linux and Windows OS for reviews and testing

- Understanding of computing hardware use cases such as network security, WAN optimization, video surveillance, IoT, vehicle computer, SD-WAN, rugged computers and industrial automation

- Effective time management skills to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently and collaborate with others

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- Detail-oriented with an ability to carefully review work

- Professional demeanor and a willingness to take initiative
