Position: Cash Office Clerk
Location: Niagara Falls, ON.
The Cash Office Clerk will perform cash handling duties and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance of the cash office. This person will report to the Cash Office Supervisor. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail-oriented. The candidate must be organized and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads.
Accurately balance cashier floats, credit cards, and generate daily reports
Prepare floats, deposits and daily safe count
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with business partners, employees, and customers in a professional manner
Assist Cash Office Supervisor with group sales
Perform general office duties to support the Operations Management Team
Efficient and accurate processing of all documents in a timely manner
Perform reception duties operating a multi-line phone system answering all calls to provide information to guests about the attractions, and transferring calls for Senior Management as required
Act as a back-up Team Leader as required
Support front line staff when needed
2 years customer service and cash handling experience preferred
Strong mathematical, analytical, data entry and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent organization, problem solving, and time-management skills
Knowledge of Siriusware POS System is an asset
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Available Holidays, evenings, and weekends
