We are helping our business partner scale their company and hire talented salespeople to join an exciting and impact-focused opportunity. We're looking to hire multiple Business Development Representatives to support the Account Executives. Wello ( is a virtual health service providing access to nurse practitioners and medical care coordinators for individuals and businesses. Wello provides holistic care for immediate and long-term needs on the phone and on video, as well as 24/7 on-call support for urgent care needs after hours.

We are seeking driven, high energy individuals, with experience cold calling, initiating sales relationships and setting up meetings with a commitment to providing a ‘five-star' client experience. The BDR is a self-starter who understands market dynamics and has keen knowledge and awareness of competitive products, solutions, and offerings. Your Key Responsibilities:
Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities: i.e. making 50-100 calls/ day
Strategize with top-producing sales managers
Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
Set up meetings with senior execs around their business needs
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors

Important aspects that you bring to the table:
A degree or diploma in a related field
A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
Software/SaaS experience (ideally in a sales capacity), sales experience or other related business experience is required
Curiosity to ask insightful questions that help you understand a prospect's needs
The ability to write succinct, informative emails
Confidence and exceptional manner over the phone
Comfortable making 50-100 calls/day, with an understanding that not everyone will want to buy from you experience is an asset
Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors is a bonus: multi-channel marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, digital and mobile marketing, B2B and B2C sales

Compensation is commensurate with your level of experience. The base salary is between $45-50k/year plus an uncapped commission structure. $100 per qualified meetings booked, with a target of 16-17 qualified sales meetings per month. The OTE for this role is $70,000-75,000.
