Successful applicant will be expected to manage and execute all studies conducted with our Panel Program and provide support to other on-going team initiatives and programs. In addition to the above, specific expectations include:
What can we expect from you:
Project manage and execute all in-house research including programming, analyzing data and creating reports with clear and definitive “so what’s”
Manage the health of our consumer panel of 10,000+ households to ensure optimal performance
Provide support to the Insights team with respect to secondary research, trends etc…
Manage and execute our In-Home Toy Testing Program including recruiting, packaging, shipping and report writing
Updating and maintaining all of our research databases
Presenting and championing key insights, findings, and ideas from the research
Managing certain vendor relationships, providing RFPs, briefs, and negotiating work terms, costs and outcomes
Staying abreast of consumer, shopper, retail, market trends as well as marketing strategies
Who's a good fit for this role:
Someone with strong project management skills
Demonstrate passion, curiosity and a strong interest in understanding human behavior, especially that of children and the family dynamic
An individual with strong self awareness and self confidence to work in a fast paced, fun and ambitious environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Direct experience in the following fields would be an asset:
agency, CPG, Children’s toy or entertainment, Research supplier
You should apply if you have the following:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Anthropology, Consumer Insight, Advertising or related field. RAP program an asset.
2+ years’ experience in primary market research, employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in the toy industry, consultancy, advertising agency and/or organizations in marketing and/or consulting roles
Demonstrated experience provided full service research; from proposal, implementation, analysis and reporting
