The Quality Operations Group is a small team within the Quality Assurance Department that is responsible for providing timely, actionable and accurate information to drive quality improvement at HCM. The group is responsible for QICS administration across all areas at HCM. This includes QICS station setup, completing department specific requests, NM planning and setup, target maintenance as well as representing HCM’s interests at the Regional level. The group is responsible for reporting Quality results primarily through (but not limited to) QlikView application development and maintenance. Some of the other high level responsibilities are providing market information including warranty results and market action data request support. As a member of this team, you will be involved in these activities. It is essential that you bring strong organizational, analytical and communication skills to this position.
