What we need from you:
A Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related discipline and a minimum of 10 years’ experience within functions of risk management, banking and/or business lending.
Financially savvy. You’ve garnered strong credit and commercial lending experience that has allowed you to plan, execute and develop strategies that have resulted in you hitting your, and your team’s, targets and business goals out of the financial institution park.
Client focused. You have the right tools to ensure proper stewardship strategies are implemented to exceed client expectations while maintaining strong relationships.
Compliance and management experienced. You mill manage a variety of tasks from overseeing credit activities to managing operations to ensuring compliance regimens and risk management strategies are put into place.
A great support . You’re all about seeing your team succeed and reach their achievements and successes. You will provide guidance and mentorship in areas like risk assessment, credit underwriting, credit structuring and credit presentation skills.
A multitasker . As a fully experienced, qualified credit professional, your day will include managing multiple tasks such as leading your team, implementing credit policies, conducting credit reviews and ensuring that approval procedures are put into place.
What your day would look like:
Implementing your solid coaching and mentorship skills to ensure your employees have a solid foundation and base to reach their full potential and provide the best client experience.
As the liaison between your branch and the Credit Risk Management team, you’ll be the go-to person for assessing and approving credit applications and activities.
Will provide the right advice and expertise to achieve business, development and budgetary goals.
As second in command, in absence of the Branch Manager, you will connect and build relationships with a numerous partners, clients and your team to develop positive relationships for you and the bank.
Compliance strategist. You’re responsible for ensuring your team meets proper compliance training and your area meets regulatory compliance requirements and objectives.
