Nu-Air is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Windsor, Nova Scotia. This position involves taking incoming calls, providing customers with basic product and pricing information, processing purchase orders, as well as routine office admin tasks as needed. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Answer phone calls and emails from distributors on products and part numbers, and occasionally homeowners, and channel/escalate calls to the Engineering Department as required
Assist current sales team with processing incoming purchase orders, warranty claims, and update the system to reflect order status
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication, both written and oral
Coordinate with Outside Sales, Finance and Purchasing departments
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years’ inside sales experience and/or office admin experience preferred but not necessary
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Familiarity with Microsoft office products, including excel and word
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Simply Accounting or similar
Familiarity with HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems a plus but not necessary
