CHALLENGES TO BE MET
This role will call upon your data management skills and your sense of curiosity. The department manages the national corporate real estate portfolio for BDC. If you are ready to grow with this team as a key contributor, you are in the right place! You will notably:

Provide analytical and information management services to support Real Estate and Facilities Management business functions, including database management and development of data entry and validation standards, while ensuring master data quality and integrity.

Maintain appropriate supplier and/or service provider records, satisfaction/performance ratings, contact information, contract and related documentation to enable queries, build and generate statistical reports, as required.

Coordinate information and requests for corporate services, goods and supplies under the department’s jurisdiction.

DURATION: June – End of August (Flexible)

LOCATION: Montreal, Quebec

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Students must have completed at least one year of university in a Commerce (Financing, Accounting, etc.) or Business Administration program and be registered to pursue their studies in the upcoming fall semester.

Students must have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of other software programs is an asset.

Bilingualism (English, French) may be required, depending on location.
