This would be an ideal role for someone who is looking to transition from a third-party staffing role to do in-house recruitment and learn more functions of HR.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruitment and HRIS Coordinator, you take the lead on high-volume hiring in our largest Division. You will also become the system administrator for our HRIS, BambooHR.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Full cycle recruiting including resume screening, interviewing and reference verification.
Coordinating interviews and maintaining regular contact with prospective candidates.
Coordinating career fair attendance and participating in career fairs.
General HR administration (offer letters, etc).
Owning routine HR processes and making suggestions for continuous improvement
Working collaboratively with the HR team on other HR initiatives and projects.
Developing efficient processes using our existing tools and technology.
Maintaining an active profile on social media in order to source candidates.
Minimum 1 year experience full cycle recruiting.
Previous experience using an HRIS or Applicant tracking system.
General interest/curiosity in exploring new technologies and how to leverage them on the job.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt style when working with different clients.
Strong technical ability, including the ability to quickly learn new software to become the system owner and champion.
