Core Duties/Responsibilities:
Client Relationship and Satisfaction

Maintain positive client relationships, expectations and communications with the assistance of internal resources
Proactively identify and solve client risks before they escalate to issues
Develop relationships with clients and the industry by highlighting knowledge and expertise in relevant platforms such as *Amazon (AMS), Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising (*possess’ a good deal of experience with AMS, strong knowledge of best practices, strategic workarounds and upcoming platform updates)

Strategic and Marketing Leadership:
Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, build appropriate paid search and eCommerce strategies and identify/implement services to help achieve client goals
Demonstrate thought leadership for clients and the industry
Educate clients on the importance of search in the overall marketing mix
Understand clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance
Provide effective analysis to support marketing recommendations
Ensure the integration of search into the overall communications strategy
Build trust, credibility and client referrals, branding GroupM Digital as the authority in the industry

Leadership and Talent Management:
Manage a team search marketing professional with expertise in paid search eCommerce (Amazon – AMS, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Criteo)
Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment
Maintain a high level of employee commitment
Provide team leadership that rewards creativity
Build an existing level of search engine marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency (internally)

P&L Accountability and Business Development:
Identify and grow revenue opportunities with current clientele
Maintain or improve account profitability
Work with Account Directors to develop new client sales proposals

Skills & Experience Required:
3+ years of related industry experience, preferably agency
2+ years of demonstrated strong client relationship responsibility
Proven account management, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face
Proven ability to lead successful campaigns
Superior verbal and written skills with outstanding presentation ability
High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
Experience using search advertising platforms *Amazon (AMS), Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising (*possess’ a good deal of experience with AMS, strong knowledge of best practices, strategic workarounds and upcoming platform updates)
Experience with analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Web Trends, Omniture)
Experience with Bid Management tools (i.e. Marin, SA360 or Kenshoo)
High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
