Evolution Roofing Ltd. and Evo Group is looking for a person that could join our dynamic team to do the office Administration and the Bookkeeping. We are a company of 40 employees that has an office in Dieppe and one in Dartmouth. We do commercial Roofing and Concrete restoration in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Pei. We are a young and devoted team that thrive for success and to perform quality projects. We would like to have a person with the same value’s and has lots of energy and professionalism.

The Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the monthly financial statement.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Preparing HST Returns.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Visa Statement.
  • Invoicing with the involvement of the project managers.
  • Be at the front to receive mails and deliveries.
  • Do Expense Cheques for the employees.
  • Reserve Hotels for the guy’s that are going out of town.
  • Take care of the vehicle’s insurance, registration etc.
  • And office paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business or Accounting.
  • 3-5 year’s experience in a similar Position.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
  • Be Bilingual
  • Ability to work with Word, Excel, Simply accounting or other software.

Work Hours:

  • The job consists of working Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 5:00 with one-hour lunch.
  • The Friday you will be working 8:00 to 3:00 with one-hour lunch.
  • You will have 2 weeks vacation yearly and 1 during the holidays.

For the benefits, wages etc. it will be based on your experience level but for sure we are in the industry standards and even more.
