At Lifeworks by Morneau Shepell, we provide employees and family members confidential support in-person, telephonically, and digitally through E-Counselling, Video Counselling, and Online Chat to help resolve work, health, and life challenges. Our Customer Service Representatives are first responders to client requests received over the phone, email and chat. These requests may include Mental and Physical Health, Workplace and Domestic Stress, etc. The Representative will determine participants’ needs and connect them to the appropriate services that we offer. Our environment is fast-paced, supportive, and fun. Most importantly, this an exciting opportunity for you to make an impact in people’s lives.

What are we looking for?
A post-secondary education (Bachelor degree, community college diploma or equivalent)
Fluent in French and English
Flexibility to work shifts which may include days, evenings, weekends
Minimum 1 year experience in social services, sales, and / or call centres preferred
Passionate about helping those in need while providing excellent customer service
Able to triage crisis situations to our clinical team while demonstrating a high level of empathy
Motivated by a high paced target driven environment
